A 3rd-year veteran now, Ray Small was once upon a time regarded by many as the next Ted Ginn Jr. when arrived at OSU from Glenville High School. His fast start this season as both a receiver and punt returner, Small had 5 catches and returned a punt 69 yards for a TD to help seal the win against OU, are a couple of signs that Small is starting to mature into becoming a big-time playmaker after all.
