Sept. 1 was the first day written scholarship offers could be sent out to juniors. The OSU staff had told a number of prospects to expect an offer in the mail at the beginning of September. On Tuesday night Bucknuts.com checked with almost all of those class of 2010 prospects who have been verbally offered by the Bucks.
