When Indian Head (Md.) Lackey defensive back Darrell Givens switched his commitment from Ohio State to Penn State, it opened up an opportunity for Frederick (Md.) Tuscarora star Dominic Clarke. Clarke seized the chance and committed to the Bucks in early June. He leaves no doubt he wants to also seize the opportunity on the field for the Buckeyes.
