2008 BCS Allstate National Championship Game

1/7/08 - Defying all pre-season pundits, the Buckeyes went on an amazing march into their second consecutive national title game against LSU. Although at the last the win eludes them, OSU's game highlights, such as Beanie Wells' amazing play, are worth watching again and again.

Buckeyes Heat Up the Desert – OSU v. Notre Dame (34 – 20)

1/2/06 – Ohio State returned to the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl in Tempe, Arizona in a match-up of two of college football’s most storied programs. OSU, in its best offensive showing of the season, rolled through Notre Dame for over 600 yards of offense. QB Troy Smith led the Buckeyes on scoring plays of 85, 68, 56 and 60 yards. A.J. Hawk helped stymie the Fighting Irish and kept All-American Quarterback, Brady Quinn, from completing a touchdown pass. DVD contains complete 2006 Fiesta Bowl without commercial interruption.

Another Desert Duel – OSU v. K State (35 – 28)

1/2/04 – The Buckeyes returned to the scene of their greatest triumph in 34 years to vie for a second consecutive Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Championship against the Big 12 champion, the Kansas State Wildcats. OSU jumped to an early 21-0 lead and held on despite a thrilling 14-point comeback in the 4th quarter by Kansas State. QB Craig Krenzel hit for four touchdowns passes and was named the bowl game’s Offensive MVP for the second year in a row. Presented without commercial interruption.

No. 1 and No. 2 Vie for National Title – OSU v. USC (27 – 16)

1/1/69 – The 1969 Rose Bowl game brought together the undefeated and No. 1-ranked OSU Buckeyes and the No. 2-ranked USC Trojans for the National Championship. USC Heisman Trophy winner O.J. Simpson finished the game with 171 yards and a touchdown, but that wasn’t enough to earn the title.

DVD contains the complete 1969 Rose Bowl game, without commercial interruption, presented in fullscreen digital video.

March to the National Championship – 1968 Season Highlights

Things looked grim: in 1966, Ohio State suffered only its second losing season under Coach Woody Hayes.
