OSU-Michigan Tussle For Position

Detroit (Mich.) Southeastern defensive lineman Johnathan Hankins has made official visits to Florida and Virginia.  Last weekend when he visited the Gators, Hankins also found out Michigan was offering him a scholarship.

Previously Michigan was not on Hankins list and it looked like the Buckeyes would get the last official visit.  Hankins told Bucknuts.com he was going to visit Ohio State Dec. 5.

Then when the Michigan offer came in, Hankins said after visiting Ohio State this coming weekend he would visit Michigan the weekend of Dec. 12.

But that has changed.  Hankins has moved his OSU visit back to Dec. 12 and will visit Michigan this weekend, again giving the Bucks the last shot.

Maybe.

There is always the chance Hankins commits to Michigan this weekend and cancels his trip to Ohio State.  My gut feeling is that does not happen and the Bucks get the last shot with Hankins coming to Columbus when the Bucks have their biggest December recruiting weekend, Dec. 11-13.
