The Buckeyes have recruited the state of Pennsylvania very well in recent years.  Among the prospects Jim Tressel and his staff have landed are the No. 1 prospect in the Keystone State the past two seasons, quarterback Terrelle Pryor and linebacker Dorian Bell.

Other recent Buckeye signees from the Keystone State include running back Jordan Hall, defensive back Corey Brown, linebacker Andrew Sweat and offensive lineman Andy Miller.

The Buckeyes have commitments this recruiting season from running back Corey Brown and defensive back Chad Hagan.  They have a shot at landing the No. 1 prospect in the Keystone State, defensive lineman Sharrif Floyd.

So it should come as no surprise the OSU staff is eyeing a number of current Pennsylvania juniors.

Two names to keep in mind are Julien Anderson and Zach Barnes, teammates at Washington, Pa.

The 6-foot-1 and 185-pound Anderson started at quarterback his sophomore year and wide receiver and defensive back this season.

"He's a tremendous athlete who makes a lot of big plays," Washington Coach Mike Bosnic said.  "I'd say he will play cornerback in college."

Anderson is drawing interest from Ohio State, Pitt, North Carolina, Maryland, Rutgers, Kansas and others.  He attended the Buckeyes' game against Minnesota.

Barnes is a 6-foot-2 and 235-pound fullback.  He has rushed for over 800 yards and 10 touchdowns through nine games this season.

Barnes is drawing interest from many of the same schools as Anderson.
