On the second offensive series of the game last night against Columbus DeSales, Cincinnati Anderson offensive lineman Andrew Norwell limped off with an injury to the ankle area.

The news today was not good.

"I broke my tibia just above my left ankle," Norwell said.  "I go for surgery on Monday.  I'll be out for three months."

Anderson built up a 28-10 lead at the half and hung on for a 28-25 victory.

Norwell also plays basketball, but will not be able to play hoops for the Redskins his senior season.

"But I'll be ready for next (football) season," he said.

The 6-foot-7 and 275-pound Norwell, who committed early to the Buckeyes, is the No. 115 prospect on the ESPNU 150.
