FAQLogging In:
- Bucknuts Premium Subscribers with active memberships on the Scout.com Website (First time Login) have had their usernames
and account information imported to our new database. You will only need
to follow the instructions on the e-mail you should have received and select
your password. You should not need to re-register as your username
is already imported and reserved for you.
- Non-premium Subscribers (First time Login)will need to re-register in order
to post on the message boards. Simply register using the login features on
our main page or on the message boards at http://forum.bucknuts.com/ and
follow the ensuing instructions.
- Important Note For Premium Subscribers: At our previous
site, you were not forced to select a username if you did not wish. You
could view our message boards or any piece of content without having
to choose one, but on our new site, a username is required for an account.
Therefore, if you did not previously have a username, a username has
been randomly assigned for you. You will still be able to log in using
your e-mail address, and if you'd like to change your username, please
send a request to customerservice@bucknuts.com with
your new requested username.
Please be patient regarding username changes as we expect a lot of requests
and may take some time to get to them.
- If after assigning yourself a password you forget it and need to
find it again, try to reset your password using the lost password
utility here: http://forums.bucknuts.com/login.php?do=lostpw
How do I change my password, view my subscription info, or change
any of my account settings?
- As of now, your settings page can be accessed via our message board menu
in the "User CP" link. A direct link is here: http://forums.bucknuts.com/usercp.php You
can change any setting you'd like in that area.
Subscriptions -- Is my subscription still active?
- Any subscription to Bucknuts that was purchased while Bucknuts was on the Scout.com network will be honored up to your next scheduled Scout
renewal date and will include a subscription to ESPN Insider and ESPN The Magazine. When your Scout subscription renews, the Bucknuts portion of the subscription will
expire and you will need to purchase a new Bucknuts subscription if you wish
to continue to access Bucknuts content. If you no longer with to maintain your membership on the Scout.com network you will need to cancel your subscription directly with Scout.com.
Those subscriptions will continue to receive the content that has been paid for. The main difference is that Bucknuts content will need
to be accessed at this site with the login and password assigned for this
site. Although that is a minor inconvenience, you still will be able to access
all content made available to with your subscription.

Either way, you’ll be getting the very best in feature coverage there is of Ohio State Football and football recruiting, along with other Buckeyes sports news. Why is my username BucknutFanXX?

Why doesn't logging in with "Remember Me" selected actually
remember me each time I return?
- This problem has been fixed. If you are having any issues with logging in, please try 1) logging out of Bucknuts.com, 2) clearing your web browser's cookies and temporary internet files (cache), and 3) close all of your web browser windows. After that, try logging in to Bucknuts.com again. If you would like to stay logged in without logging in every day, please check the "Remember Me" box on the login page.
What happened to my post count?
- Because we have new forums set up on this site, much of the old information
was not able to be copied over. If you would like to have your post count
transferred over, please email customerservice@bucknuts.com with the email
address registered to your account, and the post count that you had on the
old forums and we will manually add your information.
How do I cancel my account?
- To cancel your Bucknuts Premium Access, go to the Account Cancellation Page and fill out the cancellation form. Please be sure to cancel your account at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
